This 1970s condo underwent a complete transformation, blending timeless design with today’s most advanced finishes and features. From stair tread lighting to waterfall countertop accents, every detail was meticulously executed with smart switches and energy-efficient solutions. For this 800-square-foot shop addition, we provided a new power supply to support both the new space and a pump house nearby. Our team installed a 100A subfeed from an existing service, with branch circuits to power the pump house, a 240V 50A lift, three 20A 120V general-duty circuits, and shop lighting. Every detail was carefully designed to deliver both functionality and efficiency to this expanded workspace.
